Enclave Bylaws

The Bylaws govern how the HOA operates and contain the information needed to run the HOA as a business. The bylaws cover matters including how often the HOA holds meetings, how the meetings are conducted, the duties of the various offices of the board of directors, how many people are on the board, and membership voting rights, to name a few.

Enclave Declaration

The Declaration is the legal document that lays out the guidelines for the community. When you purchase a lot or a home in a planned community, in most cases, you'll automatically become a member of the HOA.

Enclave Articles of Incorporation

Often called "the articles," these are typically short documents that set the name of the HOA. This creates the association as a legal entity, and is a necessary prelude to all the other steps when forming an incorporated HOA.

Enclave Design Guidelines

This document's overall objective is to serve as a guide to aid members of the Covenants Committee (CC), staff, and residents in maintaining and enhancing the design environment in The Enclave at Fair Lakes. The guidelines address improvements for which homeowners most commonly submit applications to the CC.

Enclave Complaint Policy

The Board has established this Complaint Form for use by persons who wish to file written complaints with the Association regarding the action, inaction or decision of the Board, the Managing Agent, or the Association which is inconsistent with applicable Common Interest Community laws and regulations.

Due Process Policy

The Board has established this Due Process Policy outlining proper procedures and providing you with adequate notice and an opportunity to be heard.
